Introduce an exceptional former McKinsey, BCG, or Bain colleague to the Growth Advisor Network and receive a referral bonus equal to their first billable day—up to $2,500—after they complete at least 10 days of client work.
Refer a Client

Know a company that could benefit from FintastIQ’s expertise? Make a qualified introduction and receive 5% of the professional fees collected from the client’s first statement of work—up to $15,000.
A thoughtful introduction can create meaningful value for everyone involved: the client gains access to a high-caliber team, FintastIQ gains a trusted new relationship, and you share directly in the opportunity you helped create.
Program Guidelines
- Referrals must be submitted to FintastIQ before the advisor applies or the prospective client enters an active FintastIQ opportunity
- Referred advisors and clients must be new to FintastIQ and not already in our network, database, recruiting pipeline or active commercial pipeline
- Advisor referral bonuses are available only after the advisor is accepted into the Growth Advisor Network, completes at least 10 billable client days and the related client fees have been collected
- Client referral payments are calculated on collected professional fees from the first signed statement of work only
- Travel, research, data, expert-network fees and other pass-through expenses are excluded from the client referral calculation
- Extensions, renewals, follow-on statements of work and future engagements are not included
- Referral payments are made only after FintastIQ has received the applicable client payment
- Only one referring party may receive credit for each advisor or client
- Advisor acceptance, project placement and client engagement are not guaranteed
- FintastIQ reserves the right to determine referral eligibility and may offer enhanced incentives for select priority needs
